I have a confession to make.  I am a compulsive dreamer!  I love to dream!  I love to think big and do crazy things that most people wouldn’t do.  Are you a dreamer?  Do you set goals?  Or does it scare you!  I want to share with you why setting goals and dreaming big is so important for your mental health.  And you might get to hear a few crazy stories along the way!  (Spoiler Alert!
