After we have learned a concept in a workshop, we will get outside and apply this learning in an activity on this beautiful island. The cost of activities are included with the retreat. Activities may include, but are not limited to:
Anne of Green Gables Historical Site
What a great place to head after a conversation about relationships and friendship. Wander down lovers lane, see the historic Green Gables home and taste some raspberry cordial.
Wild Flower Workshop
This will include time spent foraging for wild flowers, and then a virtual flower arranging class from Chelsea Fuss, a flower expert in Portugal.

You can't come to the island without going to the Beach!
What a great way to get some wellness time, with sun, sand and surf. With so many beaches to choose from, we will find a great beach to spend an afternoon or evening.
Cliff Jumping
With the warmest waters north of the Carolina's, you can't help jumping in. With so many beautiful red cliffs around the island, there will be a cliff just the right size, for it to feel a little bit scary!
