Thank you for choosing YOU and a healthier brain!

Tool #1- The Power of AND

This three letter word is more powerful than you thought it was!  Check out this worksheet at the button below to learn how to create compassion and kindness for yourself in any situation.  The first four minutes of this video also explain how to use the Power of AND and then gives you some examples.

Tool #2- Treat yourself like a good friend

When one of your friends is having a hard time or feeling down, it is really easy to come out with compassion for them.  It's often a little harder for yourself.  Next time you make a mistake or things just don't go as planned, try talking to yourself they way you'd talk to a good friend.

Check out the worksheet at the button below that will give you new language for speaking more kindly to yourself.

Tool #3- Don't judge yourself for your thoughts or feelings

Sometimes you define certain thoughts and emotions as bad.  The truth is that none of them are bad.  When you tell yourself that you are bad for thinking or feeling something, you reject a part of yourself.  By reminding yourself that all of your thoughts and feelings are ok, you offer yourself the compassion needed to be more accepting of yourself.

Check out the worksheet at the button below that talks more about accepting your own emotions. And watch the two videos below about accepting your thoughts and emotions. (They're only 3 minutes long)
